In Loving Memory is a narrative improv game about eulogizing a fallen hero using prompts you're being fed as you speak. It's the comfort of ritual, the weirdness of grief, and the awkwardness of nothing you say really ever being enough.

Hey, I'm going to be running this in the Eternal TTRPG Jam's server as an epilogue to our Ritual Among The Stars one-shot!  It'll be on the 29th at 9pm EST.  If you're in the server, you're welcome to sit in on the session during that time!  I plan to record the session for you either way.

Oh my gosh, I can't tell you how much this means to me! I wish I'd been able to sit in on it, but would love to hear/watch the recording.

We actually had to reschedule, so it's still possible for you to sit in on it if you're in the server!  We haven't pinned down a new date and time for it, so please let us know if you have a preference!

Oh, amazing! I don't think I'm in the server, but I can be! And as long as it's not a Monday night, I should be able to make it to any evening!

This is genuinely so exciting 💕

I'd love to see you there! & I'm sure we can arrange that!  I'm glad you're excited! <3

Awesome, let me know and I'll be there!

I don't know that I have ever read any guides in TTRPG books what exactly to do in case of character death. This would be great to have. You really drove home the point of that feeling of absurdity - in the face of eternity, the wings of lagugae are clipped but we keep talking. I was touched by this. And I mean that as a great compliment.

Thank you, I really appreciate you rating and commenting! I definitely wanted to create a game where everyone gets to just be awkward and vulnerable together in the face of grief and be okay with it - in fact, that's what you're SUPPOSED to do.
